Who may avail of the service?

Public school (Junior High School) from different divisions of National Capital Region

What are the requirements?

1. Letter of Intent addressed to the Regional Director through the Schools Division Superintendent

2. Certification from the Schools Division Superintendent that there are available teachers to handle the Program (for Public Schools)

3. Program Implementation Plan which includes the ff:

a. Rationale

b. Objectives

c. Admission Process/Criteria

d. Curriculum Enhancement

e. Class Program

4. Teachers’ Profile in Tabular form certified by the School Head with the following:

a. Course

b. Major

c. Specialization

d. Eligibility

e. Years in Service

5. Teachers’ Certificates in Professional Development Programs and Courses attended relative to Science, English, and Mathematics for the last three years

6. Teachers’ Certificates of Recognition/Merit received relative to Science, English, and Mathematics along the following areas (if available):

a. Innovation

b. Research

c. Project

7. Pictures of the following facilities certified by the School Head:

a. Biology Laboratory

b. Chemistry Laboratory

c. Physics Laboratory

d. Robotics Laboratory

e. Mathematics Laboratory

f. Computer Laboratory

g. Library/Learning Resource Center

h. Speech Laboratory

8. Inventory/list of Laboratory facilities, equipment, supplies, materials, and Library holdings
