sQuAD pRIMe - UP

sQuAD pRIMe - UP is in line with the commitment of the DepEd National Capital Region to support the Quality Assurance Division (QAD) supervisors in the performance of their mandates and roles, promote the continuing professional development, help supervisors reflect on and assess their own practice. It is anchored on DepEd Order No. 25, s. 2020 also known as the National Adoption and Implementation of the Philippine Professional Standards for Supervisors which clearly articulates a developmental continuum of professional practice that supports supervisors in the conduct of their roles in the regions, divisions, schools and learning centers, and provides clear guidance for career progression.

Through the activity, it is expected that competency-building will be reinforced and strengthened. It shall pave way to the enhancement of competencies of each QAD personnel in various disciplines and thus, shall raise the magnitude of productivity and individual office performance level for the realization of the strategic direction set forth by DepEd Prime NCR for 2023 and beyond.
