The Department of Education – National Capital Region (DepEd-NCR) through the Quality Assurance Division has launched the Organizational Performance Information Dashboard otherwise known as OP DASH during the last quarter of 2021. The system is anchored on the results-based management approach through the presentation of an efficient, updated, and harmonized monitoring, assessment, and evaluation dashboard for the Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs) planned and carried out by the eight (8) Functional Divisions in the Regional Office

During the initial phase of its implementation this year, further developments were made on the system based on the inputs gathered through various Consultancy meetings and the three-day system training with the OP Dash Focal Persons of each Unit, Section, and Division.

On the latter part of the year and after the initial utilization of the system paved the way for the need to embed the mandatory expenses of the Regional Office so that the OP DASH will reflect the whole organizational performance of the Office viz-a-vis alignment to its strategic direction of 3Es namely: Economical Administration, Efficient Operation and Effective Organization.

However, the Quality Assurance Division have envisioned the system to also reflect the in-depth Monitoring and Evaluation of the PPAs of each Functional Division through its RMEA Plus initiative (Regional Monitoring, Evaluation and Plan Adjustment: priming up Results-driven contributions in KPIs)
